How to PCR GC-rich inserts - (Oct/24/2001 )

I'm having problems trying to pcr two GC-rich transcription factors (Twist and Dermo). Would someone please offer me some suggestions. Thank you!

Have you tried Betain (Henke-W et al.)? But be careful the concentration mentioned there is to high.

there are a number of enhancer adjuvants available to circumvent the GC rich area. betaine is certainly one of them. you can also you glycerol, gelatin, DMSO. check out the following web site. the researcher whocreated this site did an excellent job!
