Antigen coated beads - For making antibodies (Oct/25/2008 )

I wish to raise antibodies against my epitope tagged protein. I was wondering if anyone has trapped such proteins on to paramagnetic beads (anti-epitope+protein-g coated) and then injecting it directly into rabbits or mice. Thanks for any info.
