Small DNA fragments separation - (Oct/22/2008 )

Hello,
I was wondering if there is any way to separate DNA fragments that differ only 1-10bp.... This is the only way I can think of I could possibly see if second digestion of my vector is successful. (Two restriction enzymes sites are only 4-5 base way to each other...)
