cDNA library from invitrogen - (Oct/22/2008 )

Anyone has experience with superscript cDNA library. I intend to extract doublestranded dNA and use it for PCR. Do i use the whole tube of glycerol stock to culture or i can scrap a little for culturing and use it for extraction.

could you please rephrase this question ? It make no sense at all, you first talk about a cDNA synthesis kit, then about DNA extraction, then PCR and finally bacteria ? Are you sure you know what you are doing ?
