Has any one know how I can store my WB membrane for latter stripping.

Thanks for your help,

Look in the western blot forum, on the first page there is a thread about this topic (plus several others on other pages)

I would immediately strip and then long-time store; washing, drying, and freezing in vacuumed sealed bags

You can store it best in a sealed plastic bag. I have not frozen mine and had no problems with stripping and reprobing, but it is mostly recommend to store them in a freezer. Best between sheets of cardboard or something to let them lie flat and protected.

in our lab we try to avoid plastics for western blotting. we usually rotate/keep/treat our membranes with antibodies on glass petri dish. because people say plastic doesn't let antibodies bind very well. but as The Bearer mentioned, I have seen in other labs people keep their membranes in plastic bags.
