daub on Westernblot, but not on Coomassie? - (Oct/09/2008 )
We've got mysterious daub at one westernblot. But just the one with antibody B. not with Antibody A and not on the coomassie stained gel.

All three ran on the same gel and were the same sample.
Antibody A is anti-SYK and B is ant-P-SYK (phosphorylated SYK)
Has somebody an explanation for that?

Do you use phosphatase-inhibitors in your protein extraction buffer? Maybe this is some form of degraded phosphorylations...
