We have HCV infected patient, and he clear the virus after a month. So we got his memory B cell.
We want to use hybridomic culture technique to immortalize the B cell and screen out the clone that could secret antibody against HCV (hepatitis C virus).
We don't have the in detailed protocol, if some friends here know something about it, please help me.

fuse these memory cells with one of the immortal cell line, SP2O OR P3x63 or some other line.
u can follow the normal hybridoma fusion protocol (PEG fusion and HAT selection then screening).
