gene expression analysis - (Sep/30/2008 )

hello,

i am starting to run rt-pcr experiments to look at differences in levels of gene expression. i was wondering if anyone knows of a good resource to help with the data analysis. for instance, how to compare Ct values/normalize to housekeeping genes, etc. an introduction on the subject would be awesome.
