Why have I bullet shaped bands on my Antibody SDS Page - (Sep/25/2008 )

Electrophoresis on my reduced and non reduced monoclonal antibody on SDS Page is producing bullet shaped bands. Is it the order in which I make the mix up? I add the antibody sample to the mix last. It happens whether I use the sample at 10microgrammes/ml or at 2 microgrammes/ml. I dilute antibody samples in dH2O and not in Pbs.

check all ur buffers used in PAGE. if they are alright, make sure that ur antibody samples does not have too much of salt, may be you can dialyze then use for PAGE.
