Discovery of novel miRNAs - (Sep/19/2008 )
Hi,
how does the discovery of novel miRNAs in general work? Is it mainly based on cloning procedures (trusted to chance or how does it exactly work) or/and more often by purification of Argonaut protein or so?
Is it still the Tuschl lab working on it?
Does anybody know more about it, let me know, thanx.
