Electrophoresis RNA - (Sep/09/2008 )

I have a very simple question. [maybe I should know this but I do not ].
I extracted RNA from my cell line, ran a native gel. I got bands corresponding to the 18S and 28S rRNA. However, I also got a distinct band beyond the tracking dye. It is very sharp and distinct. I have no idea what that band is or whether something is wrong with my prep. Could someone please help me with this.
