Vent polymerase vs Klenow - (Sep/09/2008 )

Vent polymerase leave blunt fragment to the PCR product.
somebody said me to do a Klenow reaction before introduce the PCR product in a blunt cutted vector.
Is necessary or can I skip this step?

We usually digest the PCR product after vent polymerase even by using a blunt end cutter for a blunt end ligation. SO for this, the primers should already have the enzyme sequence.
