poorly conserved miRNA targets - conserved vs pooly conserved targets (Sep/01/2008 )

Hi,

I'm looking to invesigate some miRNAs from a list of 40. Now, some miRNA target genes have conserved sequences while others have poorly conserved sequences. Although teh poorly coserved sequences represnt sequences that are not conserved across species, but are teh y worth studying?

I would look into those well conserved first.
