taq Gold and rox buffer - (Sep/01/2008 )

I have to perform using real-time PCR certified analysis of flours containing GMOs.
I have to follow the ISO standard, that specifies the use of "AmpliTaq Gold" enzyme and "TaqMan buffer A (containing ROX)".
Now, my question is: what is exactly buffer A? I could't find any reference browsing the catalogue of Applied Biosystem. I was used to use Gold buffer, which can be ordered together with the Gold enzyme in a kit. The matter is I don't know if ROX is included. Probabily it's not, as long as I didn't find any clue in this sense...

I really hope to find out there someone who already had this doubt!!!
Thank you for your attention!

10x ABI TAQMAN buffer A consists of 500 mM KCl, 100 mM Tris-HCl, 0.1 M EDTA, 600 nM passive reference 1 (ROX), pH 8.3 at room temperature.

Now it's clear, I found the catalogue page today and my order will be sent soon!
Thank you very much!!!
