Does RNAase hinder sequencing reaction - (Aug/31/2008 )

I have isolated a transformed plasmid (pTZ57/RT) through miniprep without column, treated with RNAase and then passed through column. If this miniprep is used for sequencing purpose, Will RNAase hinder.

No, it should have no effect.

Since the DNA and RNAse have gone through the column, the RNAse should have been removed.
