Primer analysis sites - Any suggestions? (Aug/18/2008 )
Hi. does anyone know of good sites on the web where I can check the quality of the primers I have designed? I know of Primer3 but don't find it too reliable ( the readings were so different from what they really are when I checked with my older primers-esp the melting temperature!). No java applet-based tools pls cuz my browser seems to shut off automatically when I open one.

It's not on the web (it's a windows executabe), but FastPCR is great.
