IP buffer RIPA - Preserve buffer (Aug/11/2008 )

Hi,
I have an IP (immunoprecipitation buffer) with 150mM NaCl, 2mM EDTA, Nonidet (40) 1%, 50mM Tris HCl pH 7.6 (I do add the anti-proteases at the last moment) Do you think I can keep that buffer (with no anti-proteases) at 4°C for as long as I want ?

Without the anti proteases it should be fine.

yes, without protease inhibitors you can keep in 4 degrees. but if you add protease inhibitors you can keep in -20. I do that and have no problem.
