Pulse vortex - (Aug/11/2008 )

is there a difference between pulse vortex and normal vortex?
I need to pulse vortex my probe, but we dont have any special equipment for it, we only have the normal touch vortexer mellow.gif ..any other alternative u might suggest for pulse-vortex?? rolleyes.gif

Nope. I should think pulse vortexing is what you do with a touch vortex; this is, administer a brief 'pulse' of mixing to the sample, as opposed to vortexing it continuously for a long time.
