Thank you for your apology. I agree that it is up to each person to take responsibility for their own education. I do question why Curtis didn't ask right there and then what the people in his lab meant when they told him it was his light chain but I figure it doesn't help to make fun of people. I've had similar feelings around here but rather, I either jump-in and decide to help teach and educate or I simply don't post. Again, thank you so much for your apology and acknowledgment.

Let this be a lesson. Don't walk away confused. Make people explain what they are saying if you don't understand. The only stupid question in science is the one not asked.

well........what can I say?

my supervisors are virologists and don't know much about cell biology or techniques that I am using, honestly they are no help, it's a shame really, they don't even know what I am doing. I am struggling with some experiments that should have been finished 3 months ago. It is just so frustrating, but I am just lucky to find people like rkay447. I am getting my answers from the net and especially Protocol Online.
