Will the use of LPS from different strains of E.coli or different purification methods[ like affinity purified/ phenol extraction] affect cytokine production from DC?

I can't imagine that the LPS from one strain of Ecoli is much different than another. I would highly doubt that TLR4 (MD-2, CD14) could make a distinction between them anyways.
