RNA from paraffin - (Jul/28/2008 )

Hello, I'm trying to isolate RNA from paraffin tissue but i'm not having results, does anybody could help me with some tips?????

What exactly is the problem? Do you use a special kit for paraffin embedded tissues? Do you get any RNA out of it (how do you measure) or are you getting problems when you want to do pcr's?
