Abgene PCR master mix?-MgCl concentration - (Jul/28/2008 )

Hi,
does anybody know How to find the MgCl concentration of abgene PCR master mix?? do they publish it ?
I have seen in invitrogen they say it is 6mM. I get my ct values for this particular gene around 26 but I cannot amplify my third dilution (0.01).
