Hi,
I have a funny problem. I have prepared the 5X transfer buffer which contains:
15gr Tris base, 72 gr glycine, 5gr SDS and 500 ml Methanol. then I adjust the volume to 1 litre.
this buffer is not dissolve. Do you know what should I do?

you should not put the methanol in the 5x transfer buffer. Add methanol when you dilute 5x your concentrated buffer.
Salts are not soluble in so much methanol.
