Problems with recombination BJ5183 - (Jul/11/2008 )

Hi ... my name is Carlos and I´m working on a recombination with an adenovirus and a 4kb insert with the strain BJ5183... I have tried everything LinearVector:LinearInsert ... Vector:LinearInsert ... LinearVecto:Insert and so on, I´d like to know if someone has some kind of trick to make this freacking experiment to work out, I´d much appreciate, my job depends on it.... kinda hehehehe
