SDS-PAGE - (Jul/11/2008 )
one of my sample only has 50ng protein and I want to dissolve it in 10 uL buffer and then run SDS-PAGE. do you think this concentration will work in SDS-PAGE? Will it be too low?

if it is only one protein you will succeed with siver staining; if it is a crude mix of proteins, you will need more protein
