Just a quick question - does anyone have a construct with a functional cre-ires-gfp in it? And that you would like to post to me??

I found one in our lab but unfortunately it doesn't work.

After the major dramas of the last week (house moving drama and the hybridisation machine breaking) I think I need some good luck!!

Funny you should speak of the data analysis - we just had a meeting with our friendly bioinformatician today and he's pointed us in the right direction

In brief, he's written a program but it's not released, so all very hush-hush at the moment. I will give it a go in the next week (no easy task by the looks of it). Sorry I am not allowed to say more

My cloning is a side project which has been a drama in itself - as I just explained to fadila
