help~ GFP fluorescence - (Jul/02/2008 )
Hello. The GFP protein has been stored in-20 C for 2.5 years. Is it still okay?
and when I test the fluorescence, it kept decreased within 8hrs. What might be the problem?
GFP is in 10mM PBS, 140mM NaCl.
When I test the fluorescence, I incubated it at room temperature
Thank you
