I am biased but definitely AquaRNA.

Hallo, I have succesfully used macharey nagel kit Nucleospin RNAII to get RNA from mice lungs, MDCK kultured cells, neighbour labs use trizol solution, and qiagen has nice kit without DNase treatment, which save time and work good as well

I used TRI Reagent for mouse livers and worked very fine for me.

Maybe you would like to check out Ambion's solutions.
