Hi guys, does anybody have an assay protocol for nuclease activity in a given protein sample?. How companies prove that their reagents are nuclease-free?
Perhaps, nuclease assay protocol of TAq DNA polymerase with lambda DNA?
Please advise and a few-pointer is very much appreciated.
