need to identify domain of my sp1 transcription factor - sp1 domain (Jun/27/2008 )

hi
i am doing a project that is involve sp1 transcription factor,i know that the sp1 has 6 domain 3 zinc finger and 2X of S/T rich and 2X of Q region. so i need to know the start and the end of the each region on the mrna or at least the aa. I dont know if a program that will blast this region given the conserved sequence or not.

why not starting by aligning your aa. sequence with a homologous/similar transcription factor aa sequence where these domains are well-defined ?
