ROX and SYBRgreen, what means? - (Jun/26/2008 )

I use 7000 AB´s machine for qPCR. Today I got confusing results: in some my samples ROX value was higher that SYBRgreen value. What does this mean? In this samples I had also from 1 to 4 peaks in dissociation curve. whats wrong? Earlier everything has been fine in these same samples.
Is something contaminated or what??

I guess you had no or small amplification in that well. More dissociation peaks means more amplification products, witch is not a good thing tongue.gif
