Hallo I plan to established immunoPCR in our lab. I have read several articles an rewiv but I didnt find how much marker DNA in ng should I add to the hole. I prepared it by PCR with biotinylated forward primer.
Next is I bought salt free lyophylised streptavidin and I am not sur to disolve it in phosphate saline buffor
any sugestions???
