High Yielding Plasmid Purification (suggestions) - (Jun/10/2008 )
I am in the process of obtaining pDNA for a vaccine trial. My current method of purification is through the use of the Qiagen mini-prep, however, I am getting low yeilds (~300 ng/ul). I need a method that will provide me with higher yields and does not require a vacuum method. I would prefer a centrifuge or gravity flow method.
I would like some suggestions on what purification method to try.

Did you try QIAfilter Plasmid Giga Kit?
