siRNA for retinal pigment epithelial cells - (Jun/10/2008 )
Hi
I'm trying to get siRNA knockdown in human fetal retinal pigment epithelial cells in culture. I'm growing the cells on transwell inserts.
Has anyone got any experience with this? What transfection agent is best: I've got Qiagens HiPerfect agent. Also what concentration ranges work?
Any input will be highly appreciated!

I wished I had an answer, but you ought to look up literature here. Somebody must have done this expt. Also talk with the company tech support. If you do find out, please don't forget to post the answer here for the posterity!
