how to optimize primer and cDNA concentration for real-time - (Jun/07/2008 )
Hi every one.
I am new in real-time PCR and I don't know how to optimize primer concentration and cDNA concentration. I am using the SYBRgreen quantifast from qiagene but I didn't get very good results. Ive been told that I should optimize the concentration of cDNA and primer, but I don't know what to do. I'll be very happy to get help. thanks.

there is a fine document, available throught the AB web-site. Will give you an introduction, irrespective of the platform you are currently using.
