ddephosphorylating proteins using acid phosphatase - (May/27/2008 )

Hi everybody,

I am going to use potato acid phosphatase to dephosphorylate a protein. I don't know what kind of dephosphorylation reaction buffer I need. Could please help me?

P.S. I found some papers using Citrate/MES pH 5.5 but I could not find the recipe to make it.
