western blot against Caspases - (May/20/2008 )

Hi All,

Thanks for all your suggestions each time.
I need to confirm apoptotic role of my protein of interest, so I need to do a western blot against Caspase.
how do you decide on which caspase antibody to use (Casp 3,9...) and how do you interpret the results (bands)?

If anyone has done this WB, please guide me as to the company, antibody dilution, band size etc?
