Is there differences in western blot result when using skim milk from food shops and skim milk from specialized companies .

Nope. One colleague claims that it works better, but I prefer standard stuff.

I have heard people claim that the Carnation brand powdered milk works better than the generic stuff but I've never seen a difference.
