Protocol for IgG Purification from Ascites? - (May/16/2008 )
I suppose the title is self-explanatory. I'm looking to get Ascites fluid (~1 mL) from the Developmental Hybridoma. I will need to purify the IgG, concentrate it, and measure the protein concentration for subsequent fluorescent labeling. In my old lab the protocol involves using Pierce ImmunoPure kit and then concentrating with Millipore Centricon YM-30. Does this sound about right to folks?
