Lysis Buffer for Elisa - (May/13/2008 )

Hello,

I'm looking for the "ideal" lysis buffer for my Elisa samples. I want to lyse mammalian cells from tissue culture and the use the lysate for Elisa...which buffers are compatible? With my cell lysis buffer I don't get a signal in the wells although I know my protein is expressed...I don't know the formulation of the buffer because it is from a company and thats why I would like to use a different buffer. Any ideas?
