ta cloning vectors - non commercial ta cloning vectors (Apr/24/2008 )

Hi !!

We use pXCM in our lab to clone the PCR products , can anyone please give me the list of other non commercial cloning vectors used for cloning PCR products .

Unfortunately the use of a T overhang vector for PCR fragment cloning is patented so commercial ones are pretty much all there are unless you make your own. There is a thread on making them here: http://www.protocol-online.org/forums/inde...opid=30008&
