Can anybody tell me the name of any book for reagent preparation for molecular biology research.
I will be thankful if anybody will suggest me.

I use:
Molecular Cloning: A Laboratory Manual (3-Volume Set)
by Joseph Sambrook, David W. Russell

If you are a novice, the book "At the Bench" by kathy Barker is excellent (Cold Spring Harbor Press).

Sambrook and Russell is the bible of molecular biology. But not much information on protein derived from cloning etc. (it is really a molecular biology book). Most molecular biology books are pretty decent.
