Primer Designer Online - Pipleline use of designer (Aug/27/2004 )

HEllo,
Can anyone tell me which is the best online primer designer and it should be free online .
I am doing research where i am supposed to do lot of PCR and EST work and i need to design primers on computer through pipeline method.
ANYONE PLEASE HELP SOON

What did you mean by "pipeline method"?

I would recommend primer3. just do a google search using "primer3"
