Plasmid Shelf Life? - (Apr/16/2008 )
I have received some plasmid blotted onto filter paper. Can I store it indefinitely at room temperature? I also have the same question for lyophilized DNA. Can that be stored at R.T.? Thanks.

Lyophilised DNA should be quite stable. "Filter paper" plasmid is also reasonably stable, but I'd still try to get it off the paper and into some cells.
