Primer for all HPV - (Apr/15/2008 )

Hi
I am now working on Human papilloma virus
I am very new to this field
I want to design a consensus primer common for all HPV types
and type specific primers for each types of virus
I want suggestion to carry out this task

The logical thing to do would be to obtain representative sequences for each type and align them. Look for the identical and differing sequences and go from there.

I got the sequence of each type
could you suggest me best site to align the sequence to analyse the identity and sequence variation

Several bioinformatic software can do this. Try clastal X 1.81.

I coundnt able to find the above software
so I did it with embl-ebi by online
what are all the things i should look for selecting the region for consensus primer
I tried to upload the file but it is not attached
