Recipe for Impron II buffer (Promega) - We have excess enzyme and not enough buffer! (can't belive it myself) (Apr/10/2008 )

blink.gif
Exactly as you read it, it's not the first time we have excess enzyme and not enough buffer with the Impron II RT enzyme from Promega. We have attempted to use other RT buffers, but the results are unreliable.
Does anyone else have this trouble?
Or more to the point,
Does anybody have a good recipe for ImpronII buffer?

Thank you!

I feel a bit like a klutz for not checking the promega website! blush.gif
But then again, the lab next to us actually has three or four enzyme tubes and were thinking of cutting down on controls.

This is part of the magic of this forum. Posted yesterday and today it´s a resolved issue!
