32P-free ser/thr kinase activity test :

Does such a thing exist? Does anyone have a protocol?
If it doesn't exist, what are the other possibilities???

Thanxs a lot

You can use 33P wich is much more cleaner, but very much more expensive... blink.gif
If you absolutely want to avoid radioactivity, you may be able to see a light mass shift on a SDS-PAGE, if your protein is not too big.
Otherwise, you can activate your phosphorylation in vivo or in vitro and immunoprecipitate or blot with an anti-P-S or anti-P-Y.
Hope I could help
