Dear nick, reverse primers you suggested should be CCTTCTCCATAAAAAAAAA & ACAACTTAACGTATAAAAACAAAAAA. How can they act as reverse primers considering extensive A stretchs located in 3' end of both primers and serious dimer & crossdimer & and false priming?

that is the nature of bisulfite PCR and sequencing, I can understand your concern, by primer dimer does ot occur if you have a high Tm, they become irrelavent.
