standard curve method for relative qPCR quantitation - (Mar/19/2008 )

Hi,
I'm reading about qPCR quantitation method to decide wich works well for me. I'm studying gene expression and I believe deltadelta Ct or Pfaffl are ok. Also I know it is possible to use a serial diluition of cDNA (without know the exact number of cDNA copy) as standard curve for relative quantitation. I'm looking for protocols or papers... does anyone have experience about this method and can give me more informations?
