I would like to know if the bacterial growth continue if I use IPTG for to enhance my protein

Your bacteria should continue to grow unless the protein you are expressing is toxic. I haven't had a problem with growth yet.

as long as the induced protein isn't toxic to the cell then it will continue to grow as normal (or close to normal).
